Martin Topper owns Zonneheerdt, an arable farm in Dronten. He also grows and packs a specific range of vegetables: colored carrots, turnips, parsnips, and carrot parsley.
Challenge
Participating in various quality programs such as Global Gap, Global Grasp, VVAK, and specific protocols of Albert Heijn certainly means a lot of administration. ‘’An inspector visits me two or three times a year.’’ Many quality programs ask for the same thing over and over again, such as farm type, crops, and location of fields’’. Also, the collection of evidence documents can be a lot of work.

The way Agriplace asks for information is very clear. When you go through the list in Agriplace and add evidence documents you have answered most questions for many programs. In addition,many quality programs ask for the same thing over and over again, such as farm type, crops, and location of fields. There are usually only a few specific points left per program, and you only have to enter the data once and can reuse it across years.
Result
With AgriPlace I can save time up to 15 hours per year in administration and have the important advantage of maintaining an overview of the various documents and an easy overview of my data.
