This feature has been designed to transform the way you manage compliance. The tool automatically extracts key data from your documents and certificates, so you can upload them automatically. Simply drag and drop or click the upload button, and let AI do the heavy lifting.
How it works
The AI Document Scanner reads your documents and extracts the essential information needed to save them to your company profile, including:
Document type
Expiry date
Supplier name
Product
Valid-from date
Once scanned, the document is instantly saved to your Agriplace account, ready to be used for compliance tracking - without the need to manually open and fill out any fields.
Why we built it
Let's face it- uploading and manually managing compliance documents is often a tedious and time-consuming task. If we take our customers’ word for it, it can take more than 30% of their time.
